"Dr. Tamás Kutalik, one of the regional leaders of the Hungarian Section of IBSSA was so profoundly shocked by the terror attacks against the Twin Towers of the World Trade Centre that he decided to commemorate the heroism of the rescue workers there. In the fall of 2002, he organised a memorial run in their honour, alongside a torch-lit march.
