Dear Members of IBSSA, Knights and Dames of Malta,

That kind of act of God, which rendered our life so many times more difficult, eventuated also this year. Civil people together with the authorities struggle against serious flood in Hungary as well as in other countries. However this time one of the most dramatic situation evolved in Transylvania – in Székelyudvarhely and its region. From the reports of the media we can have accurate picture on the weightiness of flood and the defencelessness of the people.

In this situation our support and help would be also badly needed.
