Prof. George POPPER, GCKM Executive President of IBSSA reported that there were some successful meetings and discussions with the following IBSSA members and invited guests

Dom Lorenzo O.S.B. - Regent of the "Federation of Autonomous Priories of the Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Knights of Malta" and the Orthodox Patriarch of New York - who was accompanied by Dott. Giuseppe MORABITO, accepted the invitation to the Conferring Ceremony of PRO - DEO University in Budapest/Hungary. The visit was also used to attend the Opening Ceremony of C-NIS (Center for Narcotics Information Support) Office - that was set up by Narcotics Policy Department of IBSSA and INEOA.

The aim of the visit was, that Graf STRAHLE reported on the establishment of "IBSSA Germany". He provided information on the goals and future plans of this new Section of IBSSA.

Mr. Bogdan VUKOSAVLJEVIC introduced the two Croatian men to the Executive President of IBSSA. Mr. Mario KORELAC informed Prof. George POPPER that they intend to join IBSSA and start many new activities in Croatia and they also wish to start international cooperation and participation in IBSSA projects. On this occasion - as the result of these fruitful negotiations - the Executive President appointed Mr. Mario KORELAC to Country Representative of IBSSA for Croatia.

• Dr. Eriks GRINBERGS (LAT) Chairman of Legal Department of IBSSA

The purpose of the visit was to discuss the plans and goals of the newly established Fund Raising Department of IBSSA and also Mr. PETOUKHOV gave information about the situation in the Region and about the Office of Informatics in Moscow, which has just started its work.

• Dr. Eric Van De WALL (NED) Country Representative of IBSSA for the Netherlands Chairman of Medical Department of IBSSA

Dr. WALL provided information on the situation of the security field in the Netherlands. He also reported on the activities of the Medical Department.

• Mr. Stefan MATUS (SVK) UN Office for Drug Control and Crime Prevention

Dr. VYSKOC traveled to Budapest in order to attend the Opening Ceremony of C-NIS (Center for Narcotics Information Support) Office and was accompanied by Mr. Stefan MATUS - Representative of the UN Office for Drug Control and Crime Prevention. Mr. MATUS was also interested in the activities and work of IBSSA. The visit was also used to introduce the leaders of a new security company - PATROL s.r.o. in Slovakia.

Mr. István NEMETH - Full member of IBSSA - organised the meeting with the presence of high-ranking officials in order to discuss the situation and all security related matters in Yugoslavia and in the Bosnian - Serbian Republic. He also provided information on the work and efforts for establishing and starting a fruitful cooperation between IBSSA and Yugoslavia. The Yugoslavian guests made a proposal to place at the Associations disposal an Office in Mexico City and Buenos Aires in order to operate IBSSA Offices, to organise training courses and to enlarge IBSSA in Latin-America.

The purpose of the visit was to discuss the plans and several matters of IBSSA International Sport Federation.

• Mr. Mikhail P. CINJAKIN (RUS) Vice President of the Russian Judo Federation

Mr. Vladimir MOROZOV reported on the situation in Russia and also gave information about the activities of the IBSSA Office in Moscow. He made a proposal for organizing the 3rd IBSSA World Martial Arts Festival in Moscow / Russia in the summer of 2003.
