Open Board of Directors Meeting and Diving course between 10 - 17 July 2004, Hurghada / EGYPT

An OPEN IBSSA Board of Directors Meeting together with special training seminars and diving course will be organised between 10 - 17 July 2004, in Hurghada / EGYPT.

This Board meeting is a great opportunity to have preliminary talks and preparatory discussions on all important matters concerning the 10th Congress of IBSSA, which is planned to be held in Egypt at the end of November 2004, but there are other applicants as well.

The OPEN IBSSA Board Meeting will be held during the second part of the weekly program, i.e. between 15 - 17 July 2004. The accommodation will be in Hotel Royal Azur **** (all inclusive: food, drinks, programs, etc.)

• € 35,00 per person in double room
• € 45,00 per person in single room

For airplanes, Mr. Karim GARRANAH - Country Representative of IBSSA for Egypt and Chairman of Travel Department - has charter flights that leave on Thursdays and Saturdays from: Paris, Vienna, Bal (Switzerland), Germany, Moscow and in the next future from Milan. The flight cost is around 250 / 280 Euros there and back.

During the week IBSSA ITALY organises the following programs:

1st day (Saturday)

• Departure from Italy and abroad with special flight
• Arrival at Hurghada
• Transfer to the Hotel Royal Azur ****
• Accommodation in the booked rooms
• Welcome party and dinner

2nd - 3rd - 4th day (Sun/Mon/Tue)

• 08.00 morning awakening. Jogging/exercise/stretching
• 09.00 breakfast
• 10.00-12.00 diving, scuba and snorking course
• rest of the day is free

5th day (Wednesday)

• Optional excursion of one day in Luxor Excursion allows knowing one of the most important archaeological places in Egypt: visit of the Kings Valley and the Colossuses of Memnon. Visit to the Temples of Luxor and Karnak before going back to Hurghada.
• Fee: 78.- EUR

6th - 7th day (Thu/Fri)

• 17.00-19.00 Security operator course: fast driving, sidearms, basic techniques of tactical shooting

8th day

• Departure

• 750.- EUR (advance for booking 500 euros - balance 8 days before departure)

The fee includes

• flight to and from Hurghada (from Italy)
• transfer airport/hotel/airport
• full board and lodging for 7 days all inclusive (drinks at meals, alcoholic and soft drinks during the day)
• choose a course between diving and security operator (additional charge of 100 euros for possible 2nd course)
• free t-shirt and shorts for participants in the security operator course

• Trip to Luxor
• technical equipment for the diving course and security operator
• qualification examination
