IBSSA-USA held its open, formal Foundation Meeting at the office of the HQ of the organisation (Hallandale Beach, Florida) in November 2007.



All officers and members of the organisation were invited and IBSSA representatives arrived from several states to this meeting. (Mr. Zoltan SZABÓ, Mr. Humberto CAMBEROS, Prof. George POPPER, Mr. John “JJ” GOICOECHEA, Mr. Evan FRANKEL P.A., Dr. Miklós VARGA, Mr. Mihály OROSZ, Ms. Lucia MOCIKOVA, Mr. Tamás TÖRÖK).

Beyond, to members getting to know each other better, Prof. George Popper (International President) gave a lecture and a "vision-stretching" about IBSSA's International programs. During the meeting, the IBSSA membership diploma was presented to Mr. Evan Frankel P.A., - who is the head of the "judiciary-department" inside IBSSA USA and he also represents the association as the official "Legal Advisor" of IBSSA.

The participants of the meeting decided to work out a strategy together in order to make IBSSA more popular and well-known in the USA, and its first step – toward achieving this goal – is to create and form an "International Training Center" on the US soil (Florida), and to confederate the presence of the already existing IBSSA in the United States.



The meeting was closed and finished (during a "gala reception") with a fine dinner at a famous local restaurant.
